Ron brings a background spanning real estate, information technology, and military service, with over 40 years of professional experience, much of it spent working with the federal government. Earlier in his career, Ron worked as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker in North Carolina and previously held both a real estate broker’s license and a loan originator’s license in the early 2000s. In parallel, he built a long career in communications electronics, telecommunications, and information technology, including 20 years as a network engineer for a government pay provider serving approximately two-thirds of the federal government. He retired as a Data Processing Officer for the U.S. Army. Ron has always been drawn to real estate for the breadth of opportunity it offers. Today, he focuses on connecting the right real estate opportunities with the right capital, helping ensure projects are aligned with appropriate funding relationships. Through his role as a Capital Connector, Ron works with experienced real estate investors seeking capital connections to support growth, scaling, and repeat deal flow, with an emphasis on long-term relationships.
